Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day have signed on to star alongside each other in the upcoming comedy-thriller One Night on the Hudson. The film revolves around a rookie cop and a jaded veteran who must work together to take down crooked officers and bad, bad men. In other words, the most unique story ever told in cinema.

The buddy cop story is a classic Hollywood formula, which has recently ventured off into the "self-aware" phase. But regardless of its intentions, the formula seems to work. Well, for the most part, at least. To be honest, we're still not really sure what they were thinking with Dennis Rodman and Jean-Claude Van Damme in Double Team. But let's forget about that for now and move on.
