Miley Cyrus  twerked her way to headlines all over the world when she abused a foam finger and jiggled her ass against Robin Thicke at the VMAs last August. It's already October and damn, people are still talking about it. She has since stripped down in the music video for  'Wrecking Ball,' and while we don't care much for her tongue, we do like how she hangs on that wrecking ball. Double damn.
