It is only when I look upon a body such as Moriah Mills has that I am forced to wonder if modern medicine has gone too far? I have long understood what capabilities that just a couple of surgeries are able to provide to a willing participant, but I never thought that it could take us this far. For so long people have been debating the ethics of cloning a person, meanwhile the plastic surgeons have been making out like thieves.
What sort of ethics are involved with approving a person for a purely aesthetic surgery? It would seem as though all that is required is a credit check as well as a positive reference from either Visa or Master Card. I have known people that had a harder time getting a scrip for sleeping pills when they legitimately needed one.
I suppose I should not stir up too much of a fuss because I genuinely do appreciate the scenery that Moriah is providing to the world. I would hate to be the cause for less of these women being around. I suppose in my opinion plastic surgeons should start playing it even more fast and loose with the scalpel, so long as they can prevent any more Joan Rivers from being produced.
