Olivia Holt is the star of the new hit psychological thriller series called Cruel Summer where she plays Kate Wallis, a popular girl who goes missing without a trace. The series is being produced by Jessica Biel and also stars Kevin Smith's daughter Harley Quinn Smith.

In real life Olivia Holt spends time in her backyard oasis and has taken her fans inside her zen zone with this new video for Women's Health. The actress takes us through some of her favorite plants around her pool and into her sauna where she says she decompresses with some essential oils.
