Okay, it practically kills me to say this, let alone think it, but just look at that smile on the girlish mug of uber-hottie Jessica Alba. We haven't seen that Cheshire grin on Jessica Alba in some time.

After several months hiatus post baby number two, in my professional medical opinion, as an uncertified but practicing out back of the building gyno, Jessica Alba is most definitely gittin' some again.

Even as I cry here, I'm happy for you, Jessica.
