Okay, I have to admit, after seeing these pictures of Hilary Duff in concert, I almost felt like going out and buying a ticket to one of her shows. Almost. Thankfully, I realized that having these pictures means I don't actually have to go to one her concerts, and that was a great relief. Still, that's a damned sexy outfit.
