I would argue that it was far more exciting when celebrities were kept at arm's length from us. Where their agents and management wanted to keep them high profile and exclusive. Where they didn't have direct access to their fans, for the most part they didn't have any access to anything but other famous and important people, or people used to manage their celebrity lives. Because we didn't have to see how lame the actual celebrity is, we could keep that illusion that they are something special and not just richer more connected and obnoxious versions of ourselves.

There was a time when Gwyneth Paltrow was much hotter than she is now. She was an it-girl in all kinds of movies, who dated all kinds of other important celebrities, who made all kinds of money.

Then she found Goop, her attempt at being white Oprah. Where she has fed us all her bullshit remedies and treatments for a celebrity health and wellness life...so now she's peddling dildos and vibrators to her white 40 year old woman fanbase...or doing topless infared Sauna's for the soul.

A 47 year old menopausal body isn't the kind of Sauna I've ever fantasized about walking in on...but I am not a Gwyneth Paltrow fan so that could be why.

So here she is showing you how to burn calories, how to rid your body of toxins how to sauna, but someone needs to teach her that the handbra is just getting in the way of the full sauna experiment.
