Now that the reviews are starting to come in for Ant-Man and the Wasp, the general consensus seems to be that the film is a fun, if ultimately disposable effort. As the rest of us wait to see the film, we can bide our time with this behind the scenes look at the centerpiece of the film's advertising campaign: A car chase in which vehicles shrink and grow strategically.
I'm not sure if these behind the scenes videos are better to watch before or after you've seen the movie. It feels like you can appreciate all that went into the scene if you watch the behind the scenes first, but then you run the risk of having things spoiled for you. It's a tough call, but I suppose it's all up to personal preference.
I doubt there's going to be too much more new advertising material for this film as it opens a week from tomorrow, but Marvel has been pounding the pavement hard for this flick, more so than the first one by a long shot. I guess as long as we don't go in with expectations that are too high, we won't help but leave feeling entertained. Ant-Man and the Wasp opens on July 6.
