We're less than a month away from the second season premiere of FX's first X-Men series, Legion, and this new trailer shows us an ever expanding world in the new season. I missed the first season when it aired, but caught up with it later and genuinely enjoyed it. It sits comfortably alongside Logan as a more grown-up take on comic book mutants, and the second season—which was written and shot in the wake of Logan's massive success—follows that film's formula of opening up the world, yet focusing very intensely on just a few characters.

It also looks like we're going to be expanding our focus in this new season from mostly David (Dan Stevens), Syd (Rachel Keller), and Lenny (Aubrey Plaza) to more characters like Jeremie Harris' Ptonomy Wallace as well as Bill Irwin and Amber Midthunder as the Loudermilks. Look, anything that gives us more Bill Irwin is always a good thing. He's a national treasure and should be recognized as such.

Season 2 of Legion premieres on April 3, but if you guys could do me a solid and help me stay spoiler free until the fall like we did with the first season, that would be great.
