GAMING

Damn, Scott Cawthon does not eff around.
The one-man Five Nights at Freddy's creator is a real rarity in gaming: someone who can actually get their shit together and release things early. Not just on time (which is difficult enough for most; gamers are used to delays-amundo), but early. The fourth in the series was scheduled for Halloween, but was pushed forward to August 8 to mark the first anniversary of the original's release.
The announcement was made earlier this week, along with the promise of an official trailer some time soon. But nuts to that. Things move so fast down Freddy's way that soon means right freaking now. Feast your eyes, gentlemen.
Times have changed a little round here. Creepy automatons lurking around a burger bar? That's so 2014. As the what is it that you think you see? What have you brought home? business suggests, this time we're making all of my childhood Chucky nightmares a reality: they're in your closet. On your bed. And in your face as usual, but that's a given.
Is the 'Final Chapter' really final? Unlikely. Nobody likes to stop a gravy train.
