First Poster and New Stills for ‘Dredd’ Finally Hit

Last month, Lena Headey gave everyone something to talk about when she showed off her (fake) scars as she talked about Madeline "Ma-Ma" Madrigal, who is the character she portrays in up-and-coming  sci-fi action adventure movie Dredd. (Read all about that interview here.)

We've got over three months to go before the movie hits theaters. The trailer for Dredd hasn't been released yet, although we've finally got our hands on the movie's first poster and a couple of production stills for your viewing pleasure. Hit the jump to check them out!

Dredd takes us to the wild streets of Mega City One, the lone oasis of quasi-civilization on Cursed Earth. Judge Dredd (Karl Urban) is the most feared of elite Street Judges, with the power to enforce the law, sentence offenders, and execute them on the spot.

Dredd stars Karl Urban and Olivia Thirlby alongside Headey and debuts in 2D and 3D theaters on September 21st.
