Excited for ‘The Wolverine’? Here’s a First Look!

Wolverine. He's consistently made an appearance in all of the X-Men films. We met him in X-Men, saw him return in X2, watched him save the day in X-Men: The Last Stand and saw him tell Professor X and Magneto to go f#ck themselves in X-Men: First Class.

We all know where Logan came from and saw how he got his adamantium-laced bone claws in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Now Hugh Jackman is back to portray his most notable character yet in Origins sequel, The Wolverine.

Not much has been revealed, but we do know that Logan will be traveling to Japan to rediscover his identity and come across his foe, The Silver Samurai, in the process. The villainess Viper to be portrayed by Russian bombshell Svetlana Khodchenkova will also make an appearance.

A couple of photos featuring concept art and on-set images from The Wolverine have hit the web recently offering more details about the up-and-coming sequel, which is slated for release on July 26, 2013. Check out the gallery for a first look at the movie!
