Here's the deal: we found a couple of codes for Battlefield 3's Close Quarters downloadable content pack on Xbox 360 and we can't really use them since all of us at Egotastic! are already Premium Battlefield players. We just do that. So we're trying to give away both Close Quarters codes: one to our Facebook fans and one for our Twitter followers.

On Facebook: Beginning Monday July 9th (that's today!) share 2 posts from Egotastic! Hot Coffee with your friends each day and we'll know you're in the running for the Battlefield 3 Close Quarters DLC code.

On Twitter: Beginning Monday July 9th tweet or retweet your favorite BF3 multiplayer weapon (any sniper rifle works for me) and use the #egotasticCQ hashtag and we'll keep you in the running for that Battlefield 3 Close Quarters code.

We'll pick and announce the winners at random on Monday July 16th, send you your code and start whooping on you in Close Quarters that night on Xbox Live.

The big hook with the Close Quarters content download is the new destruction modeling you're getting from the four new maps. Piles of debris, plaster and cheap building material that would make IKEA blush, communicate the destructive power of warfare. I mean, those are desks and walls that people used to actually rely on and you've just shot 'em all to hell. You fiend. Just to be clear (because somebody will misunderstand this), you must have a copy of Battlefield 3 for Xbox 360 to use with the Close Quarters downloadable content. And that's whether you're getting one from us or otherwise. Watch this Close Quarters trailer and get excited.
