Of all the cultural shifts to happen over the thousands of years that humans have been on this Earth, nothing has been more substantial than a stoner Disney alum dry humping a middle-aged man's cock during an awards show. And this goes far beyond just music milestones. Rosetta Stone? Go fuck yourself in the ass. In the new issue of Wonderland, Miley Cyrus is brazen enough to beat the dead horse that is her 2013 MTV Music Video Award performance yet again, and this time around declares that "culture changed" forever after the show. Robin Thicke's marriage certainly fell apart. Viewers felt a little less clean over the next couple of days. Papa Billy Ray Cyrus definitely exploded all over himself while watching her performance. But culture? Talk to Janet Jackson's nipple:

Not only was culture changed, but my life and career were changed forever…It inspired me to use my platform for something much bigger. If the world is going to focus on me and what I am doing, then what I am doing should be impactful and it should be great. It encouraged me to be more involved, which then led me to start my own organization, which is the Happy Hippie Foundation. It’s dedicated to fighting injustice for vulnerable populations.

"Injustice for vulnerable populations." Sounds like she's very involved with her charity. It helps people who need to be helped duh. Cyrus also talks about how she's such a good actress that she can't act, because her submersion into her roles for movies such as Hannah Montana: The Movie, LOL, So Undercover, and The Last Song interferes with her life:

My attention span doesn’t love the idea of focusing and being on one project for so many months, especially being a character and not getting to be myself for that amount of time. I get really deep into the characters I play, just like I do with music. So then in becomes hard for me to relate — even to my family and friends — I’m so deep into that character. So for right now, I am so content with where I am, being someone else doesn’t sound that fun to me.

Cyrus is someone who can actually sing and write music, and it's just a shame that she's apparently surrounded by people who refuse to let her touch down with reality every once in a while. Here she is changing culture forever yet again with a four dollar photo shoot.
