A New York woman's TikTok video of her family's Christmas dinner went viral. There wasn't a Christmas Vacation dried turkey moment or anything like that, it went viral because her COVID positive joined them for dinner in a "bubble."
Here's what the woman who took the video had to say about it:
“My sister got COVID but we still wanted to safely include her in our holiday plans,” LaRock told Storyful. “We included my sister in a way that worked for us!”
LaRock and her family didn’t include any non-immediate relatives in their celebration this year, she noted, clarifying that everyone in a video of the dinner “all live together and there were no extended family there.”
@cristalarockWhen your sister gets covid for Christmas…you get her a bubble!!! ##bubblegirl ##covid ##merrychristmas @camlrock♬ original sound - ✰ Christmas sounds ✰
Does that kind of "bubble" work? Who knows, most things that have been done do little to nothing, but it is funny and judging by the fact that the video went viral, that's all we care about.
