Chloe Sims Steals The Spotlight At Someone Else’s Birthday

Chloe Sims has an amazing rack. That's not breaking news, just a simple fact that anyone can see, especially in these pictures. The thing that makes her rack truly amazing, however, is its ability to steal focus from anyone or anything happening around it. That's a rare feat that few have successfully managed to pull off. 

If you're not British, you might not know that Chloe attained notoriety thanks to her participation in the wildly successful unscripted series The Only Way is Essex—or TOWiE. She was out on the town celebrating TOWiE co-star Vas J Morgan's birthday, and she managed to absolutely steal the spotlight with this paper thin dress that, admittedly, leaves very little to the imagination. 

I must say that Chloe's rack is every bit as amazing as the hype has promised, and if she continues wearing dresses like this, which nicely accentuate her rack, she's going to continue stealing the spotlight from whomever she happens to be with. It's a vicious cycle, but it's a win-win for us because we get more time and attention spent on her rack, and that's where you want 100% of your attention to be focused.
