Chelsea Handler Moving Forward

Variety did a fairly nauseating puff piece about Chelsea Handler, which intimated that her Netflix show may or may not take on a more serious tone in the future because of the Trump elections. Most had already assumed it was a dark period drama simply for the lack of comedic content. Handler was paid around $10 million to produce the first series of meandering investigative pieces which uncovered less than you can find on any Wiki page. It only took her six years.

She's got to be worth over a hundred million based on her first show, which she got by fucking the content creator of E!. She then proceeded to hire comedians to appear on the show and be funny as she yawned, and occasionally perked up to speak with Jennifer Aniston. Seems like someone so drastically overpaid would have a unique take on feminism, although Handler doesn't really have a unique take on anything, but she is certainly following the status quo:

"On the day after the election, Chelsea Handler was so devastated, she wanted to move to Spain. Then she came to work on her Netflix talk show in Culver City and saw the faces of her staff. The millennial women in her office hugged her and begged her not to retreat. “They all just said, ‘You’re our only outlet. You’re our mouthpiece.’ That will motivate anybody, and it motivates me,” Handler says, lounging in the living room of her house in Bel-Air with her dogs, Chunk and Tammy.""

Wow, millennial women seem needy and directionless. At least that's what the author would have you think. Unclear if it was an inside jab at having to pretend Chelsea Handler is awesome or if he's just a stupid pussy boy. It's also unclear if Handler is spinning these clearly false megalomaniacal yarns as self promotion or if she actually believes them. What is inexcusable is this story being published in its current form. It was written by some guy named Ramin Setoodeh. What a floppy dick.
