Caylee Cowan and Casey Affleck Donate Blood!

Caylee Cowan is more than just our favorite actress, she's also a really good person who can often be found putting others first before herself. Thats why it comes as no surprise that the young actress is giving back this Thanksgiving by donating some of her precious blood!

There is currently a historically low blood supply across America right now and The Red Cross is looking for people to roll up their sleeves and head over to their nearest donation centre to help out. You can literally save a life, or maybe even more than one!

Caylee was joined by actor Casey Affleck who also donated some blood along with his baseball team called Love. The actor shared some kind words about our girl Caylee, saying that even though she's not a big fan of needles, she got it done. Thats what good people do! Be like Caylee - donate blood now!

She is not on the Love’s active roster, but she is MY Love, and she ALWAYS shows up when it counts… However Caylee is usually unenthused about needles, blood, etc, and though she believably feigned nonchalance all the way to the donation location, once on the table with her sleeve rolled up, she was overheard quietly asking a staff member, “Is there a chance I might die?”
