Breaking news, model Caroline Vreeland has just revealed that she pees her pants whenever she coughs or sneezes. I know many women can relate to this, or so I've heard, especially after they give birth.

The model is bringing the ladies an easy fix to the pee problem and has shared her latest healthcare hack; doing 12,000 kegels in 28 minutes with the help of a new machine. Watch the video below to watch Caroline accomplish this task in her doctors office, looking chic in a tan medical robe and a pair of knee high boots. Who knew doing kegels could look this good?
