There’s always two sides of a story and Brad Pitt is all bravado and in no way a little bitch if you let him tell it. While Rose McGowan and other women are securing TV specials that allow the entire world to sympathize, Pitt is proclaiming himself to be a stand up guy when recalling his interactions with the man responsible for inspiring the Me Too movement. Brad’s making a movie about the time he White Knighted his situation with former girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow and Weinstein. In the Hollywood history books it is written that he definitely never struck Weinstein but for sure gave him a stern talking to. So that’ll be the climax of a Brad Pitt produced movie about Harvey the serial harasser and himself as the hero. Almost two hours sitting though a movie where the most interesting scene is an angry exchange of words with no chance of violence.

Brad Pitt is taking Harvey Weinstein‘s fall from Hollywood mogul to disgraced producer to the big screen. The 54-year-old actor’s production company, Plan B Entertainment and Annapurna Pictures have acquired the rights to the story of how New York Times reporters Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey investigated and uncovered Weinstein’s pattern of sexual misconduct.

Pitt and Weinstein have a rocky history. Gwyneth Paltrow is one of dozens of women who came forward to accuse Weinstein of sexual misconduct, telling the New York Times that the movie mogul made unwanted advances towards her in a hotel room when she was 22. Pitt, who was dating Paltrow at the time, confronted Weinstein about the incident at a Hollywood party around 1995, a source previously told PEOPLE.

“Brad threatened Harvey,” explained the source. “He got right in his face, poked him in the chest and said, ‘You will not ever do this to Gwyneth ever again.’ ”

A part of me wish Pitt gets sued for defamation, just for wasting everyone’s time and money, but Harvey is an anthropomorphic piece of poop and all slander, true or cinematic embellishment, should be supported to aide in tarnishing his legacy. I can’t look at some of the same actresses knowing Harvey had his family jewels on her chin.
