Awesome Can Art: It’s Bat-Can, Pi-Can-Chu, and the Whole Gang!

What do you do with the cans after all the booze is gone? Some people throw them. Others recycle them. And the unique few? They make art using these cans. Sounds crazy and pretty unusual, but that's just what Japanese artist Macaon did--and it's no easy task.

Chugging down the beer, that's the easy part. After that, it's all work cutting, connecting, and shaping the cans to form familiar superheroes like Batman, cartoon characters like Buzz Lightyear, and video game characters like Pikachu.
