Parkour is a rigorous training discipline that is all about moving from one place to another while navigating across any obstacles that might be in the way smoothly. Or at least, that's what I think it is, after watching Ronnie Shalvis do his thing.

Ronnie is a freerunner and he's one heck of a practitioner. Dressed up in the same garb as Connor, who takes on the lead in Assassin's Creed 3, Ronnie chases after redcoats and hangs one of them along the way as he 'runs' his way to victory.

It takes mad skills to this, especially since Connor's costume probably isn't the most comfortable one to move around in the first place. Ronnie makes all the jumps, cartwheels, and tumbles look so easy to do that it's enough to inspire beginners to give parkour a shot. Well, almost.

This is actually the second video in Ronnie's AC series. If you missed the first one, you can check it out here.
