Art We Can Appreciate: Taxidermied Insects, LEGO Style

Some geeks are cool, some are lame, while others are just plain awesome. Belonging to that last category are the ones behind this series of taxidermied insects that aren't really insects, because they are, in fact, made out of LEGO. To be honest, we don't really know what the heck these insects are supposed to be (except for the Mantidae, that's got to be the praying mantis, right?) but they just look pretty good for what they're supposed to be.

The Diplopoda's our favorite, but we'd probably scream like sissy little girls if we ever saw one in real life. Damn, those millipedes look nasty!
