Ana de Armas in Blonde!

The latest Marilyn Monroe movie Blonde finally became available for streaming Netflix this week and even though all of the reviews I've been reading are on the negative side, I still tried to watch it. I never did finish the movie, but I felt like I saw enough of Ana de Armas in Marilyn-face to determine that the movie was not as good as we'd all hoped it would be.

The movie follows a fictional retelling of Marilyn's life, which could be why the whole thing seems like a weird "fever dream" as one review put it. The movie does however give us some good shots of a blonde Ana de Armas and they even gave us some nude scenes.
