Whatever happened to the concept of the ‘novelty' item to conclude news shows? In lieu of the most recent spate of grotesque hammer-to-the-eyeball/nutsack murderings, a fleeting tale of heroism depicting a circus bear dialing 911 when the carnival tent caught fire
("RARRRRRRRRGH!" "Beg pardon?" "I said, RARRRRRRRRGH!" "Oh, fire at the Main Street circus, you say?") will always be cordially received. As such, the Midweek Miscellany will endeavor to lend some insight on the less conventional, often nut-numbingly bizarre developments in the gaming sphere.
While I shan't profess that such humorously anthropomorphized hairy bear-beasts will feature often (depending upon the frequency with which Robin Williams makes gaming news, naturellement), this first installment encompasses potentially the greatest use of paper since ass-wiping, and the most preposterous example of developer bullshit hyperbole since records commenced. Hit the gallery for more of this wonderment, or the sources after the jump for further knowledge-facts on each entry.
