Ouch doesn't even begin to describe this brutal play from today's match between the U.S. Women's soccer team and New Zealand today in the Olympics.

Jenny Bindon, the New Zealand net minder, probably wishes she didn't slide as Alex Morgan was heading towards her as they were both going for the ball. Bindon slid down just to knee level and took the full force right in the freaking face. She laid motionless on the pitch for a bit, while Morgan writhed in pain a couple yards away after the collision.

Somehow Bindon got up and finished the match, which the U.S. won 2-0. I bet Bindon will be feeling this one for a few days, if not longer, though.
