Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is nearly back from a torn ACL, but it turns out he has a bigger weakness; seafood.
AP was rushed to the hospital yesterday after a reaction to some kind of seafood left the star RB in a bad spot. It was reportedly a pretty scary scene, with his face swelling and he was struggling to breathe.
Apparently everything turned out okay, as Peterson is already back with the Vikes at training camp and was scheduled to continue his rehabilitation today.
NFL.com reports that the Vikings have now cut out Crawfish Mondays, and I can't really tell if they're joking or not.
