Have you ever been so tired, that the thought of even walking across the room just to throw whatever it is you need to throw appears to be extremely exhausting? I can give a few examples: the day after a breakup, the morning after an all-nighter, or a few hours after you threw yourself onto bed after a rocking party.
Sound familiar? So how's about a robotic trash can that literally wheels itself all across your room just to catch that piece of trash you're about to throw, regardless of where you're aiming it?
It sounds like a pretty impossible thing to come up with, but it's one that some Japanese programmers were able to hook up together using a Kinect-based program and a trash can that's equipped with three wheels. Don't believe me?
Check out the video above to see for yourself and skip on over to 2:24 if you're only interested in seeing the little wheely bin in action. It's not a real product--yet, but if it were, I'm betting you all will join me in saying "Shut up and take my money!"
