Phoebe Price is into Futuristic Borat Cosplay… Or Something

I love Phoebe Price, if only because she's mastered the art of absolutely positively not giving a shit. She will show up anywhere, in any outfit, at any time, and show off her body, and we should really all aspire to be more like that. This newest outfit she's rocking, however, is enough to give me pause and wonder, "What exactly are you going for here, Phoebe Price?"

She got on a Borat green thong over a leotard and she's wearing Doc Brown Back to the Future II future sunglasses. None of it even remotely makes sense on its own, so when you put them all together, it just sort of turns into a confusing mess. I do love her aplomb for grabbing attention, though, it's one thing she's never been shy about and one thing she has certainly never failed to pull off.

So yes, Phoebe Price, we're all saying Wawa Weewa today and warning Marty and Jennifer about their kids, but I don't really understand how it all fits together. I suppose the unifying theme here is Phoebe Price, which is going to have to be a good enough answer for now.
