Eugenie Bouchard Baywatch Halloween

Good golly Ms. Eugenie! The gorgeous Eugenie Bouchard took a stab at winning Halloween 2017 and she's got a legitimate shot at the title in this Baywatch inspired one-piece. I haven't had a chance to look at all of the other celebrity Halloween costumes from this year—there's far too many—so I'm just going to go ahead and assume that Eugenie here has the best costume by far.

It's so much easier to make a judgment on something when you don't have to consider anything else to make a proclamation of what is "the best." Sure, I could waste my time and do an excel spreadsheet and work up some charts and graphs and award points based on this, that, and the other, but really, Eugenie here has got to be in the Top 3 for 2017, and at that rate, why not just give her the crown?

I'm sure someone will come out of the woodwork and comment on some costume or celebrity they think had a better Halloween costume, but my gut tells me Eugenie Bouchard wins. Hands down.
