I have never had cause to wear leather right up against my skin, but I have always imagined that it would chafe like a mother. My nips are sensitive so I treat them with care, like they are the only heir to the throne of Siam. Nothing gets near them unless they are made out of silk or velvet. Sometimes if a fabric is too coarse for my liking I will place a couple of moleskin patches on the inner side. It is the same stuff hikers use to prevent blisters on their feet, that is how I know it is good. I figure this sort of treatment is the least I can do for my nips after all the abuse they were put through during my teenage years. Purple nurples, also known as titty twisters, were the bane of my existence back then. It was like having an Indian burn on one of the most sensitive parts of your body. I have heard of breast feeding mothers complain of a loss in sensitivity, I wonder how comparable the two are? At this point I think mine are basically just scar tissue.
