Russell Crowe’s ‘Man of Steel’ Character Poster Looks Medieval

Game of Thrones Man of Steel's Russell Crowe looks like he could joust your face off in his new Jor El character poster released today. If it were'n't for the boss-looking Krypton space-gun-thing he's carrying, he'd fit right into a House Stark family reunion.

Crowe better be playing  Superman's super-heroic biological dad, Jor El, as awesome as he looks in a get-up like that. (Seriously, we probably wouldn't mess with such a dude.) As long as he keeps the singing to a minimum, we're pretty sure he'll do just fine.

With the movie's release just a few weeks away on June 14, we're stoked to see the next few posters, particularly Michael Shannon's General Zod and Antje Traue's Zaora. Guess which one we're more likely to kneel before? Hint: It's not Zod.
