The ‘Dexter’ Season 8 Teaser Trailer Will Remind You That Dexter Is Still On The Air (VIDEO)

Showtime has released a teaser trailer for the eighth season of "Dexter", and although the clip is short, it's packed with shocking revelations. For starters, Dexter is still on the air, and it's entering its eighth season!

Really? Season eight? Where the hell have I been?

Last time I checked in, Dex was tooling around with Admiral Adama and Tom Hanks' kid, which lead me to believe the show was about to be cancelled. Turns out I was way off base, and Dexter is about to join the prestigious ranks of other eight-season shows like According to Jim. Kudos!

Dexter returns to Showtime on Sunday, June 30th.
