Superbike Racer Riccardo Russo Suffers from Premature Celebration (VIDEO)

I've been told that motorcycle racing is a lot like sex. It takes a lot of work to get your way to the top, but when you finally get there the reward is more than worth it. Well, there is a pill for guys that celebrate that 'reward' a little too soon in the bedroom, maybe there's one for guys that celebrate race wins too soon?

Superbike racer Riccardo Russo is likely hoping there is. Poor guy had a nice lead at the 2012 Italian CIV Championship, but started to celebrate what he believed to be a victory a lap too early. As he pumped his fist thinking he'd won, everyone else kept zooming by.

You can see from the video that he never really seemed to get a clue even as more and more guys kept zooming by him. Maybe he thought he was really, really far ahead or the guy just doesn't have a clue. The only thing for certain is that after coming in 14th and becoming a laughingstock he'll be 'racing solo' in his off time.
