It's all shaping up quite nicely for the Anchorman sequel. A trailer for the film will air before The Dictator and now the comedy's director Adam McKay has described the process of creating the piece to Entertainment Weekly and how the idea for the teaser footage came about whilst a poster for the movie has now been thrust upon us too. Phew!

"Paramount came to use with the idea of the teaser and since we're writing the script it was a good chance to see the characters and hang out with the actors to inspire writing."

"All of the actors slipped right into character and they all looked amazing. Paul [Rudd] has a beard and we're thinking of keeping it. Kind of and Eddie Rabbit meets Serpico look. Nothing's set [for the sequel] right now I can say for sure there is no Ghost Rider cameo or a scen where Ron fights a wolverine on a nose-diving helicopter. We're either going to shoot the movie in 3D or 1/2D."

You can also view the poster below. It's pretty simple but is enough to increase anticipation for the project just a little bit more.
