Adam Sandler's Jack & Jill broke a lot of records, but probably not the kind that he and his movie crew were looking to break. The movie reached a new low at this year's annual Razzie Awards by claiming ten awards and sweeping every single award category.

The Razzies is an Academy Awards spoof that hands out awards just like the latter, except it's for the worst flicks that Hollywood unleashed to the world. And if you watched the movie and managed to sit through the entire thing at the theater, then you'd probably agree that no other movie deserved that bashing all of the awards.

Here's a quick run-through of the plot: Jack (played by Sandler) has a sister named Jill (also played by Sandler) who visits him on Thanksgiving and then refuses to leave. Throw in a lot of awkward scenes that seem too forced and some cameos of big-name actors and actresses looking bored, and you've basically got the movie in a nutshell.

Razzie 2012 Awards "Winners":

  • Worst Picture: Jack & Jill
  • Worst Actor: Adam Sandler as Jack
  • Worst Actress: Adam Sandler as Jill
  • Worst Supporting Actor: Al Pacino on Jack & Jill
  • Worst Supporting Actress: David Spade on Jack & Jill

  • Worst Remake, Rip-Off, or Sequel: Jack & Jill

  • Worst Screenplay: Jack & Jill
