From Aaron Sorkin, the writer who brought you The Social Network, the nonlinear biopic about megalomanical tech genius Mark Zuckerberg, comes Steve Jobs, the nonlinear biopic about megalomaniacal tech genius Steve Jobs.
Starring Michael Fassbenger as Apple founder Steve Jobs, Kate Winslet as Apple Exec Joanna Hoffman, Jeff Daniels as former Apple CEO John Sculley, and Seth Rogen (I'm serious) as Apple co-founde Steve Wozniack, Steve Jobs tells the story of one of the most important entrepreneurs of the 21st century in three acts.
Of course, Fassbender is not the first actor to portray Jobs on the silver screen. Ashton Kutcher played him in 2013's Jobs. But that was terrible. Steve Jobs was directed by Acamedy Award-winner Danny Boyle and looks damn good. So if you're one of those people who likes seeing all the Oscar contenders, circle October 9, 2015 on your calendar.
Just kidding. Add October 9 to the Ccalendar on your iPhone.
