Most Iconic Video Game Weapons of All Time is a title fit for a boring-ass Internet list article. No doubt a quick Google search will bring up about eight million of them.

The problem is, you know exactly the kind of things that’ll be featured before you even click it. The Vampire Killer whip from Castlevania, GoldenEye’s Golden Gun, Link’s Master Sword, the dastardly and bastardly Beam Sword of Halo fame… yeah. You see where they’re going with this.

If we have to express our boners for video game weaponry, let’s do it the right way. The ZaziNombies way. Let’s painstakingly make replicas of them from lego, and show them off online so the entire damn world can see how amazing-yet-slightly-batshit they are. I’m on board.

The legendary Youtubers have been in this game for a long darn time now. Previous projects have included everything from a lego Minecraft mine cart to a lego Purifier from Black Ops 3 (which actually spewed flame). But we’re not effing around any more. This is the big one. This is the BFG.

Replicating Doom’s Big Freakin’ Gun took over 5000 blocks. We’re talking about a lifesize weapon that weighs 20 pounds. Granted, it doesn’t fire big ol’ explodey balls of green plasma death like the original, but… well, knowing these guys’ track record, maybe it does. Check it out.
