Challenge Accepted! Runner Breaks ‘Beer Mile’ World Record (VIDEO)

Booze makes life more colorful. It also makes even the simplest of tasks harder or complicated because, well, alcohol. Take running, for instance. You can probably do a couple of rounds around the track on any given day without finding it difficult to stay within the lines. But it gets a lot tougher when you're hammered.

So we've got to give props to James Nielsen, because he just broke the existing world record for the beer mile, having run it under five minutes recently. What is a beer mile, you might ask? Well, it's when a runner chugs 12 ounces of booze prior to every quarter mile lap on the track.
