When Celebrities Attack…Their Assistants

Taryn Manning isn't just a pretty face. She's also got a mean right hook. Unfortunately it was her personal make-up artist who discovered this when Manning's hotel room turned into the Thunderdome (only more deadly). TMZ reported that the 8-Mile actress attacked her assistant, 'punching her...in the face, kicking her in the face and torso, scratching her, grabbing her by the hair and slamming her against the floor and wall, and choking her.'

Maybe all that time in Detroit put the fighting spirit in the blond beauty. Hopefully the street cred she earned by beating a woman in a posh New York City hotel room kept her safe from the other prisoners while she was kept in a 24-hour lockup before being charged 'for two misdemeanor charges -- assault in the third degree and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.'
