Want To Own The Amityville Horror House?

I live about an hour away from 108 Ocean ave. in Amityville. This is the haunted house made famous from the Amityville Horror movies. I once drove over there just to take a look and it pretty much was just a nice house by the water. Only there were multiple murders there in 1974 and is supposedly a gate to hell. Sure, no one who has lived there in the last 30 years has reported any disturbances, but whatever. Well, if none of that stuff bothers you, the house in now for sale. It costs 800k, which isn't bad for a house that big near New York City. I don't consider myself a superstitious person but I really don't want to live in a house where several people were killed in the name of Satan. Call me crazy. Plus, I have enough problems in my life I don't need poltergeists messing about causing trouble.

But, I guess, if none of that is a problem for you and you have the credit, you should go for it. I wonder how long the house has been on the market? That's got to be a hard sell.
