Victoria Justice Bare Midriffs And Mini Skirts In NYC

Granted, Victoria Justice isn't an expert at exhibitionism. She's a singer and a former Nick starlet and an all around glamorous young celebrity, but she doesn't have the blatant show-woman-ship skills of a Miley or Rihanna or Ariana. Not really even close. But what Victoria does have is one stellar body and some ridiculously hot looks that when matches with her attempts to look grown up and sextastic in public, works just fine.

Victoria stepped out into the Manhattan daylight in a bare midriff top and a short skirt showing off her legs, signaling both summer in The Big Apple, and the time to start the happy tingles I sensate every time I see Justice skin. She really is a rather ridiculously sextastic celebrity. If someday that little switch inside of everybody switches from G-rated to R-rated, we're going to be in for a true treat for the peepers.
