We've got some good news for fans of HBO comedies. Michael Lombardo, the network's president of programming, has announced that both Veep and Silicon Valley have been renewed. This will extend Silicon Valley to its second season, while Veep will move on to season number four.
Veep, which recently began its third season, tells the story of Vice President Selina Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), a politician who discovers that being VP is a thankless, often tedious experience. Silicon Valley, which was created by Mike Judge and recently began its first season, hilariously explores the tech industry. Both shows air Sunday night following Game of Thrones, which was itself recently renewed for two more seasons. (Source)
