Vanity Fair is doing a special promotion in conjunction with Marvel to bring us our first official look at the heroes of next summer's Avengers: Infinity War. Certain to be the movie event of the summer, the film brings together every living Marvel character introduced in the MCU's ten year history to battle the cosmic threat that is Thanos.
While only part of the article is released today, they dumped a whole bunch of pictures of the various heroes of the upcoming film posing together thanks to the miracle of terrible photoshop. Seriously, it's just a bunch of cut and pasted actors on a white background. It's all rather disappointing, considering the momentousness of this event, but perhaps the whole thing will end with us finally getting to see a trailer.
I know it's difficult to get excited about a film that's still months away, but the hype machine is starting to rev up and Marvel will make sure that you're positively giddy by the time May rolls around. But don't forget we've still got Black Panther due up in February, and then there's Ant-Man and the Wasp in July, Captain Marvel the following March, and Avengers 4 in May 2019. Whew!
