TV & FILM

If you've ever seen a Marvel movie, you probably have wondered how the filmmakers choreograph those huge battles involving all of the main characters in the film. Well, if this video is any indication, The Russo Brothers use action figures. The directors of the last two Captain America movies and the next two Avengers movies rather unfortunately left their toys out when Chris Hemsworth dropped by, and now things are getting a little complicated in Marvel land.
There's a lot of great things about this video from Hemsworth making fun of Hawkeye's "Berlin techno rave" get-up to his new rallying cry for Captain America—"Look at me, I'm an idiot"—but the last twenty seconds are definitely the best. Seeing Thor using Mjolnir to smash his co-star's plastic representatives to pieces is one of the better ways to spend your day.
While I doubt there's going to be a scene in the film where all of the various superheroes come together and just stand around with both arms pointed straight out, this does give us some great insight into The Russo Brothers' process. It gives us an even better insight into Thor's as well, and that's really all we've ever wanted. Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4, 2018.
