Michael Bay (aka the poor man's Tony Scott; aka Hitler if you're Megan Fox), has spent the last decade making movies about robots who fight each other around Shia LaBeouf and people have hated him for it, yet in the meantime they've also handed over billions of dollars to see those movies, so what does that tell ya? Anyway, he's finally back with a low-budget, normal film starring Mark Wahlberg, Dwayne Johnson, and Anthony Mackie as a bunch of incompetent bodybuilders who get caught up in a kidnapping and robbery plot.
The first trailer for this flick, Pain and Gain, just dropped and I've got to hand it to the Bayster for making a movie I kind of, sort of, maybe want to see when it comes out. It looks fun, funny and I'm sure just incase you were worried this was a straight, character piece, there will still be 100 cuts per second.
Pain and Gain opens April 26, 2013.
