“The Hobbit” Inspired Airplane Safety Video

Air New Zealand -which apparently is a real airline - has come out with a new safety video. It goes through the usual airplane safety information only it's done with hobbits and Lord of the Rings characters. The Hobbit and LOTR's director Peter Jackson and Gollum even make appearances. Since the Lord of the Rings movies came out New Zealand has been trying to convince the world that there is more to them than standing in for Middle Earth. I guess they've just come to terms with the fact that other than Tolkien and maybe The Flight of the Conchords, no one cares. Still, if I have to sit through a safety video this one is pretty awesome.
