What a beautiful staircase that is which Elsa Hosk has the privilege to walk upon. Putting your bare feet against that stone must make you feel like Greek Royalty. I don’t know why Greek, but they seem like the type that would prefer stone stairs.
I do question the decision to use bare stone in an area where people will clearly be spending time in the water. Water on stone can get pretty slick which makes for a hazardous environment prone to receiving lawsuits. I would hate to see a business go bankrupt due to a silly little injury because some clumsy little Scandinavian can’t walk right. So if they are interested in getting some of those anti-slip strips I can connect them with the provider for my grandpa. He has them in his bathroom and he hasn’t slipped in years.
They are pretty unsightly though, so on second thought, I think I would rather they just risk the injuries. A broken hip is not so bad, and wheelchairs have come a long way. And this way if they do end up going bankrupt then those stone steps will turn into ruins and become even more Greek-like.
