Now that the dust has settled on the Disney and Sony battle over Spider-Man, it's time to get back to basics like making fun of the latest Spider-Man movie, Far From Home, courtesy of our good friends over at Screen Junkies and their latest Honest Trailer. While it wasn't a great movie, it was certainly better than just about every single one of Sony's Spidey movies, with the possible exception of Into the Spider-Verse.

There's some great moments here like them pointing out what a consistent downer this universe's MJ is, always shitting on what Peter says before telling him she's just messing with him. It's like she knows he likes her and is being difficult about it or something. I also like how Marvel tried to slip yet another former Stark Industries employee-turned-bad guy plot into this movie thinking we wouldn't notice.

Anywho, Spider-Man: Far From Home had some big shoes to fill and the whole movie was about how Spider-Man really can't fill those shoes, no matter what he does. It's an interesting message, but one that's consistent with the MCU's Tony Stark-centric universe. Which leads me to wonder what's going to happen now that he's gone for good.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is available to rent or own On Demand and in various disc formats now.
