Think your hair care products don’t hurt anyone? Think again the next time you think about picking up a bottle of Paul Mitchell for your high maintenance girlfriend or secret Super Cuts boyfriend with the highlights in his hair. Angus Mitchell is the son of Paul Mitchell and a co-owner of the company. He’s also being sued for trying to pork the help. This is why we need real life replays reviewed by referees trained in sexual assault to determine if in fact the red flag thrown by the victim stands. This situation all comes down to what’s considered a “pass” at a woman.

Tally Rossi claims in a new lawsuit she was hired back in 2012 as a project manager for media/education for the famous hair care company. She says in Sept. 2015, Angus invited her to his home, gave her a glass of wine, and he grabbed her face and forcibly kissed her. She says she cried and pulled away. Rossi says although she rejected him she felt pressure to get into a sexual relationship with him... she says he pressured her into taking ecstasy and having sex. She says she felt like she had to do it to save her job. In the lawsuit Rossi says they broke up in January 2016 and no sooner did that happen than she got demoted after getting a negative performance review.

Something isn't adding up. Tally Rossi claims he forced her into naughty activities but I’m not sure how taking illegal drugs and voluntarily letting your boss apply his special reserve creme counts as coercion. Usually women complain when that gets in their hair but Rossi didn't. Regretting a relationship with the same guy who signs your check comes closer to being officially defined as rape every day. If the first date involved unwanted kissing why would a woman put herself in a situation to take ecstasy with the same individual? The story sounds like she smelled a lawsuit that would eventually lead to some sort of settlement. The moral of this story is never boink your boss at all costs.
